Student Success

  • Rachel Ulrich won first place at the 2015 92 Counties Art Show.
  • Abby Lynn won 2nd place at the Renaissance in Roanoke College Art Exhibition.
  • Sara Joll's piece was selected to represent Manchester at the Independent Colleges of Indiana event.

Successful Graduates

  • Alison DeNeve ’11 received significant scholarships for the highly competitive Master of Art Education program at New York University’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. At Manchester, she studied in Italy for January session and found her niche in photography.
  • Austin Blomeke ’10 earned a master’s degree in Landscape Architecture at Ball State University in May 2013. At Manchester, Austin combined his passions for art and environmental studies, netting a special summer grant to build a large-scale model of the Middle Eel River Watershed for the North Manchester Center for History. Now, he’s a site design intern for Schmidt Associates in Indianapolis.
  • Krystal Poe ’08 is a community arts organizer and former president of the Lakeland Art Association in northern Indiana. At Manchester, she engaged her art and French majors in a semester of study in Strasbourg, France.
